I have been bidding on a "dream cel" and this 
name keeps bidding opposite me. I have heard from 
a good friend that this is a Deputy Service, if 
this is true, who does "it" represent...And more 
who is the person with deep pockets or serious 
future credit card debt that has outbid me time 
and time again on this auction? ^-^ I see that 
Rinkya has advertised this cel as one of it's 
featured items on Yahoo, to my demise I suppose..
