I'd back up Hyla on her comments.  I can recall 
more than one occassion where I put in a bid 
request and had the Celga rep say, "Darn!  I 
didn't see that!  I would've liked that one...."  
And then I win the cel cheap and unopposed.

They've always been more than fair.  :-)
