I do *so* agree Angela. This "Cel Welfare" as I 
like to call it pops up now and then in 
discussions. If you can't afford it, you can't 
afford it. I'd love to have a "Vampire Hunter D- 
Bloodlust" cel collection, but I can't afford it, 
and it's no one's fault, nor do sellers need to 
lower their prices if that is what they can 
easily get for it. $200 is generally my top 
limit for buying, I'm sure many others have higher 
and lower borderlines for collecting. If it 
doesn't sell at a high price, the seller will drop 
the price, or keep the cel.
Free market folks. Welfare is for necessities like 
 food. Just because you can't afford it doesn't 
mean the price is wrong or unfair.
