Please please, tell your friend not to do it!  
Real, natural breasts are better than fake or 
even surgery-changed breasts anyday.  Even if 
you have a completely flat chest, it's still 
better than unnatural!  The only time you should 
have anything done like that is because of back 
pain, or medical complications.
Anyway, that said, this is the best I got for 
this thread, and they aren't that bad, but 
getting up there.  Aisha just standing around, 
showing things off.
