Yahoo Japan has started charging their sellers a 
final value fee on their auctions.  So in order 
to avoid paying these fees, sellers are basically 
throwing a cel up for 1 Yen but asking for more 
in the description.  It is pretty slim shady if 
you ask me, and it is against YJ policy.  If they 
want to sell on YJ, then they should pay the fees 
like every other seller...

As for the cel itself, it is a real cel and they 
are asking 126,000 Yen for it.(about $1000 bucks)
