This is an odd request.  It's not like I'm 
frothing at the mouth for an incredibly expensive 
dream cel or anything.  Instead, I'm pretty 
confident that there are stacks of the cel I'm 
looking for just sitting around somewhere in 
Japan.  Probably for really cheap.  

Or maybe it's sitting on a website that I've 
somehow overlooked.

The cel in question is a one-shot villain from 
Jubei Chan.  As a long-time Disney fan, I was 
really tickled to see the dark master of a midget 
ninja army that looked like---Mickey Mouse!  Ya 
can't miss the guy.  Ugly little squirt with a 
hood that has the trademark big black ears on it. 
  ^_^

I know everyone has cels they are dying for.  This 
isn't one of them for me.  But it is one that I've 
searched for in vain for quite a while.  And I 
know that Jubei cels are relatively cheap and 
thinly traded.  So the reason I can't find one is 
more a matter of market inefficiency than rarity. 
 I don't even care what scene it's from, as long 
as you can see him pretty well.

Can anyone help?

(Yes, I did recently see *one* cel of this fellow 
facing Jubei.  But he was in profile and half cut 
off by the edge of the cel so you really couldn't 
see him.)
