I don't think the odds of two cels from the same 
sequence being sold within a short period of time 
is "near impossible." Sometimes the cut gets 
split up by the wholesaler and sold to different 
dealers, and presto, dealer A and dealer B have 
cels from this sequence. I have seen sibling cels 
available within 2-3 weeks of each other.
