This is going off of memory, since I don't have 
my database in front of me..  But with about 750 
cels, and what I remember as my total, I think 
the average comes out to a rather pathetic $15. 
^_^;;  Of course, in that total is included all 
of the freebie cels ($0 each, and I seem to have 
gotten quite a few of these) since I include 
everything in my database..  I'd be interested to 
calculate some time the average cost of cels I 
actually purchased, without all the little 
freebies included. O.o;;  Or else a median price 
would be a bit more educational in my case, to 
negate some of the oddball outliers..

As for the matter of never realizing how much one 
has spent..  Ye gads. ^_^;;  I didn't, until I 
finally set up my cel database, and calculated 
the total.  I actually yelped when I saw it, and 
realized I could've paid for more than a year's 
tuition of vet school.  Alas, it did nothing to 
curb my spending habits.
