I'm so happy -- I came across a digital fansub 
group that's doing Nuku Nuku TV, and they've 
already finished 7-11!  (and they're planning on 
doing Nuku Nuku DASH! when they're done!!!)

I find this simply amazing, since most of the 
groups that have tried subtitling the series seem 
to disappear off the face of the earth after 
doing about the first 4-6 episodes.  Thank 
goodness someone had the sense to start off where 
others had stopped, rather than reinventing the 
wheel and giving up.

Bringing this back to cels, this means that 
collectors of the series can now identify where 
their cels are from, and as an addition, here's 
my (for the moment) lone cel from Nuku Nuku TV:
