when i said reason, i didn't mean a whole speal 
about why the person doesn't want the cel...i 
simply meant a no thanks b/c of 2 reasons- 1) 
you take the time out to reply back to the 
offerer, and no response back, and 2) 
well...when the seller becomes money desperate 
(aka debt or needs to raise money for a dream 
cel, like what i'm always doing or in debt) i 
think the seller would be glad to hear offers, 
and get a response asap so he/she knos if the 
cel is going to a home..^^;; ja~
