Microtek E3 is old, cheap and has a large 
scanning area with 8.5 x 14 inches.  As everybody 
knows, rarely scanners nowaday has such large 
scanning area.  And the scanning quality is 
actually okay for cels, all you need to do adjust 
minor settings in the photo editing software 
afterward, like Photoshop.
