This is one of my favorite incomplete cels. I 
would offer a lot to have the rest of this cel, 
but I don't think it's meant to be. . .

It's Inaho and Mosquiton from Master of Mosquiton 
OVA. The colors you see are the only paints on 
the cel - the rest is outline. (Scanned on white.)
