I've seen these before, and I came to the 
conclusion that the seller is downloading well-
known anime wallpapers off the net and printing 
them onto transparencies...  or some other 
bootlegger did that and he bought them and is 
reselling them.  Given the origin of the images, 
the manner in which they were produced, and the 
range of series involved from all sorts of 
different anime companies in different time 
periods, there really doesn't seem to be any way 
for these things to be legit.

And for a YJ seller, his feedback is less than 
spotless.
