Won the auction on YJ for this cel this morning.
It's Dota from Bakuretsu Hunters, but I don't 
recall ever seeing this scene in the series.
Anyone recognize it?  Not sure if it's a
production cel, hanken, or fancel.. I plan to
enjoy it in any case, but was wondering if anyone
had any info on it.
