She is too cool for words. 

Recently I bought what I would consider to be a 
fairly expensive cel from Ms. Poe - and as I do 
with most people I buy cels from I ask if they 
can just please make sure to that the packaging 
can't be bent because the people who deliver to 
my apartment are incompetent. (Basic reinforced 
envelopes don't cut it - they get forcefully bent 
and stuffed into my mailbox)

Well, my cel finally arrived today. It was in a 
flattened priority mailbox and as I brought it up 
to my apartment, I could feel something pretty 
solid sliding around inside, almost like a book.

It turned out to be a hard plastic case that was 
the exact size of the cel. A hinged and latched 
storage case. She had even put in a few pieces of 
cardboard to fill out the extra depth in the case 
so the cel wouldn't flop around.

..... all this because I asked if she could make 
sure that the package couldn't be bent?! WOAH! 
This is still totally blowing my mind. Granted it 
IS an A1 End cel.... BUT STILL! Obviously I can't 
say that she does this with every package and 
every cel, but if she was willing to do something 
like this - that speaks volumes. 

I don't think words can really say how deeply 
impressed I am. If you're considering doing 
business with her, don't hesitate for an instant. 
I don't think I'm ever going to have another 
exchange as awesome as this one was.
