Anyway, I remember distinctly looking at a very 
good fan cel tutorial not too long ago. Now that 
I've got materials and want to try it myself, I 
can't find the site.

I've just found a message in the archives (from 
March) about one but it leads to a dead link.

Does anyone know where it, or another decent 
tutorial, has hidden itself?
