Last year's SakuraCon was my first, but I agree 
with Darkamber.  They didn't handle their crowds 
well.  This year *should* be better.  The 
attendance will be larger, IMHO, and if they 
didn't learn from last year than this could be 
horrendous.

That being said, how long are you staying?  One 
day or the weekend?  A camera would be a must.  I 
enjoyed all the costumes almost as much as 
anything else.  Munchies might be useful as well. 
 Beyond that, just yourself and your sense of 
humor.  ^_^
