Hi! Just thought I'd give you a little more info 
on your cel if you decide to sell it on eBay. The 
cel is from ep 19 of Tenshi ni Narumon (the 
infamous "yakiimo" episode ^^ Those pants Noelle 
(the blonde girl) is wearing are "bubu 
bloomers"...and they are for exactly what they 
sound like ^^;; The premise of the episode is 
that she would be able to fly, like an angel, 
because the pants would use the gas she expelled. 
Problem is, she, um, couldn't get any gas to come 
out, so the entire ep they set out to feed her 
sweet potatoes...and they runinto Natsumi eating 
some sweet potatoes of her own ^^;;). Hope this
