I've traded several times with Anna.  Since have 
good experience there, send off at same time with 
way to track (I use return receipt so someone has 
to sign) and each pays for the 
insurance/postage/tracking on their package.

If get approached for a trade by someone don't 
know, like wndrkn said I have them send first.  
Once I receive package and verify all is okay I 
then send out my trade.  If a new trader doesn't 
like this, I usually just pass on the trade as 
had a little too many newbies flake out on me.
