I think what was meant is that if it's *only* 
talked about here, nothing will ever actually get 
done past banning this person's immediate ID from 
everyone's auctions.

Now if this Forum becomes a vector for people to 
come together so that they can then *go to the 
authorities* together - that is a golden 
opportunity!!  But if people here just talk and 
do nothing, then there will still be no results.
