I've only asked once--- and it was for a minor 
character (Raiha) from a minor series (Flame of 
Recca). The winner answered me; it turns out it 
was someone I knew from somewhere else. :o)

One of the biggest problems is in the way people 
phrase their requests, I think. A lot of the 
requests for "Who Won" topics have had bits 
about, "...and I'm willing to offer you money for 
it!"

Chances are, if I won a cel that someone else is 
interested in tracking down, I'm not about to 
give it up, and I wouldn't want to feel guilted 
about how it's someone else's dreamcel... when 
it's probably my dreamcel, too. ^_^

Then again, I don't really have that problem with 
the cels I collect. *g* No one wants 'em but 
me... ;o)
