What are the boundaries for shipping charges via 
EMS from Japan? 

It's my understanding it begins at anything up to 
300 g is $12.50-- I can get away with about 4 
cels. The next weight class is $16.50-- an extra 
$4, and that covers at least up to 8 cels. For 
ten cels, I'm quoted an extra $3, bringing the 
total to $19.50.

I don't mind covering the shipping charges, of 
course; it just seems odd that there's such 
little gap between the weight classes, and I have 
other people in Japan who have sent me packages 
in the higher weight class for the regular 
minimum shipping charge. So I'm a bit confused 
about what's being generous; what's being fair; 
what might be overpricing; etc. :o)

Does anyone know of the official rate 
calculations? I know of the USPS' site, but it 
only shows going from the US to other countries, 
rather than their shipping here.

Any help would be nice! Thank you. :o)
