to bad you still couldnt connect,
if you can hear the ringing and no one is picking 
up at the other end, it means one of two things; 
a wrong number so you may want to double check 
the city code and telephone number. Or it could 
mean they turned the fax off for non business 
hours their time. If you are connecting and you 
can hear that awful fax machine screech when they 
talk to each other then it means the machines are 
having problem understanding each other. You may 
need to adjust your fax machine if it requires 
special settings, i've never seen that to be 
nessacery but there could be a first. I hope your 
able to get your fax sent, best of wishes and
