Taro doesn't want to accept new memberships while 
trying to slog through the HUGE number of orders 
I'm sure they got. . . If you want the cel for 
the sale price, you'd do best to ask a current 
member to add it on to their order for you. 
They're ony accepting more new members once the 
sale is well over. . .
