Hello Everyone, 
 This is a very rare cel and it is in excellent 
condition. It comes with a beautiful matching 
genga, one of the most beautiful gengas I have 
ever seen.  The character is Tapion and he is 
from Dragonball Z movie 13.  This is the scene 
where he is in his hiding place, and Trunks comes 
to see him.  I would just like to know what you 
would say the market value of this cel is.  Any 
ideas???  Thank you for your time.
