This is the second time i have ordered from 
them.  Both times things came in reasonable time 
but not quick enough to be worth EMS shipping.

Having spent thousands there I'd expect better 
service.  But this time I ordered a cel of Souter 
from DBZ for $100 & they made no mention that it 
had paint missing.   I was so excited to get it 
but when i saw it i was very unhappy, there is 
paint missing from his hair.  I know their 
descriptions are not exactly detailed but i've 
noticed in other cels it is mentioned if there is 
paint missing.

I emailed them & they replied asking for a scan.  
I sent them one & they have not replied.  I have 
emailed them twice since november & gotten no 
response.  A far cry from the emails i got when i 
was about to order which were relatively quick.

I think this is the last time i order from them.  
I could put up with speed of delivery but not 
damaged cels!
