Just out of curiosity, which sketches are you 
talking about?  The cleaner, sometimes colorized 
douga that generally come with a cel; or the 
rougher, sometimes-on-yellow-paper genga?  

I don't know why a person would sell a douga for 
the same price as a cel - personally I wouldn't 
simply because I see those as enhancements to a 
cel - but I have seen it on eBay.  As for the 
genga, I (again personally) would pay as much for 
a packet of those as I would for the 
corresponding cel simply because they're so 
beautiful, done by senior animators, and the 
first draft of a scene.
