Yes I saw it too. Its from a cool flashback scene 
from the TV series (Kyoto Hen) of child Kenshin 
arguing with Hiko. I believe the scene was also 
replayed in the OVA.

I would have thought the cel might go for the 
same as an opening cel ie around $600.00-
$1,000.00 so the final price would have been up 
the "steep" end IMHO. Still, value is in the eye 
of the beholder and people get plenty excited 
over Kenshin cels.

Ebay is a great place for buyers to get excited 
too. The number of times I've got grumpy at an 
outbid notice  and increased the bid on something 
I swore never to go over a certain price to 
get......
