Hello all,
  I've had this background for awhile now and I 
was wondering if anyone could ID it? It was too 
big for my scanner, I did try to fit as much of 
the image in as possible. Any info would be 
appreciated.

The hands are on a cel so yes it is cel related 
(lol)
