Yeah, he/she is full of crap.  Most my Utena cels 
have sketches with them.  Some studios DO destroy 
the skectches, (Like AIC for example ) but not 
ALL studios like the seller wants you to believe.

Very misleading. It's also heartbreaking to see 
the skectch and cel sold seperately like that.
