how do various dealers "determine" how much to 
price certain cels at? For example Yann you'd 
probably be a good person to ask this regarding 
Iczer One cels. 

But what about other cels, from less popular 
series? 
How about television series? 
OVA series? 
Movies? 
Does a series or movie using the creative talents 
of a certain character designer command a higher 
price versus say a not so popular one? 

And lastly, how do you decide when to post cel(s) 
on evilbay versus your own online store for sale? 

All comments and information will be used for a 
marketing project I am researching regarding the 
selling of cels and other relatively "non-
mainstream" or underground collectibles.
