It's definately from the TV series as Utena has a 
different hairstyle and doesn't wear that uniform 
in the movie. Since she's wearing a pink rose I 
believe its from the duel in Episode 12 when she 
challenges Touga-- normally she'd be wearing the 
white rose of the champion. Also I think episode 
12 is the only one where she wears the girl's 
uniform for her school.
