I am a DBZ collector, though I choose to remain 
anonymous because I don't want to be 
misunderstood.  I knew Mark long ago, and more 
than likely the person that left this message.  I 
agree with that person when they say not to trust 
Mark.  However, at the same time, I can't truly 
complain because the one and only transaction I 
have made with him was a good one.  Whereas he 
CAN be trusted, his ethics in cel collecting are 
not good (selling cels and sketches seperate, 
buying only to resell at higher prices, 
misrepresenting the cels' condition, and so on).  
I agree with the above posts as well.  He 
probably will follow through with the 
transaction, though he is highly criticized by 
the cel community (and with reason).  Just beware 
when you deal with him.
