Okay, since I am so uhem.. highly opinionated, I 
think i'll just list for you some things I found 
good, and bad about your site. Note: I will be 
repeating what others have said.

Good:
   THE CELS!!!!! (i'm an FY lover..:P)I have 
seriously never seen so many tetsuya cels - or 
kesuke... wowwy. 
   THe mouse over graphics! I really think that 
you used them very effectively (esp. with the 
screencaps).
   The cel descriptions! I really like knowing 
the cel number for some reason. Also - i have a 
couple cels that are from the same sequence of 
yours.. it's fun to know^^
   The organization! You cel site is well 
organized.. i can find things easily.
   Once again - effective use of code: you use 
frames appropriatly.

Bad:
   The music - I'm sorry -i have to agree with 
most people here that it should probably go. I 
had to constantly fight the loading of it. 
   Graphic heavy. :(  It took _forever_ for me to 
view just your FY section (about an hour). Yes, I 
have dial-up (AOL even), so it's nearly 
impossible for me to view pages that are loaded 
with music and super-graphics. I'm surprised i 
didn't get kicked off.
   Also - not everytime does the "alt" text come 
up. Also, some of your mouseovers come up - some 
don't. This probably has to do with loading.. 
etc. 


Okay -that was my bit of info. Other than that- 
great cels! You make us all a bit green in 
envy. :P
