Hello I rember seeing a cel scene like that when 
i was watching kenshin awhile back. Its either 
episode 30 or 31. I just know its right after 
the fight with saitoh and there talking in a 
office with the police chief telling him to face 
shi-shio. When there leaving the office in the 
hall way there a red glow.
