Hello all,

        I had bought a cel from Mangaya and I 
want to pay with western union money transfer to 
make things faster!! Well when they sent me the 
info I can't figure it out and I can always count 
on this awesome board for help!! Here's the info 
Mangaya gave me, then there is what Western union 
wants .Can someone Please put together the form 
together for me PLEASE  :)( I am really having 
trouble with the city which one is it??? I think 
it is Tokyo but what's Chuhoh, Nakanoku ??) !!I 
appreciate it I tried to call Mangaya but No 
English (Sometimes cel collecting get's difficult 
but maybe that's another reason I enjoy it so 
much!!) If you know anything else that would help
