Well, something like that happened to me about 
four years ago. I ordered a Sailor Moon genga and 
douga set from a private overseas seller and to 
my surprise, it came folded up in an No. 12 
envelope!! I don't know if this person was just 
stupid or if douga/genga wasn't considered as 
important as cels....but cels were pretty cheap 
back then too. (ah, the good 'ol days)
