I successfully defended my dissertation 
prospectus (now I've got to write the darn 
thing!). To show my feelings, here's my new cel 
of Amelia (and everybody!) from Slayers that a 
good friend got for me (love ya!). Fortunately, 
my committee was a bit more supportive than Lina, 
Gourry, and Zelgadis.
