Sometimes, I try to send japanese seller an 
e-mail in japanese, juse because he said he 
can' t speak English at all. My japanese is very 
poor. But I''ve never heard that any one told me 
'Hey guy, what are you talking about? You 
need to learn to write japanese.'  
I can't speak French, but that doesn't decourge 
me from sending Atomic-club an order mail in 
French. I know they might laugh at my poor 
japanes or French. 
But they are at least polite, any one who can't 
speak English deserve this board?
