Rights of who owns what aside, I know many of us 
as ardent cel collectors don't appreciate our cel 
scan images being saved and uploaded into someone 
else's site server without permission (I know I 
don't -_-). So whilst surfing, I came across this 
shrine to "Akira" character Shima Tetsuo:

And they display cel images. Now, they say right 
out they do not own these cels themselves, yet 
make no effort to mention credit where it is due. 
Indeed, many of the scans still bear the original 
site owner's watermark (including Anime Taro,

So, I just thought I'd let you guys know, in case 
you see one of your cel scans there without 
authorization or what-have-you. *shrugs* Consider 
this FYI.
