I was just wondering what the purpose of over-
sized cels is.  I totally understand pan cels.  
But why not make an oversized cel image smaller, 
and place it on a normal sized production cel?  

And for that matter, how do eye-catch cels work?  
Is it a sort of zoom in on the image?  

All of the sudden it hit me that I could not 
explain the difference or the reason for these 
cels.  Just thought that I would turn to the 
experts!
