when Burn is taking Wendy and Emilio away from 
NOA headquarters so they don't have to fight for 
Keith anymore. (Since Burn realizes that Emilio 
is losing it.) They're still in the headquarters 
at this point, and about to encounter Sonia, who 
tries to stop them from leaving.

It's in the second OVA at 21 minutes and 57
