Book cels are cel setups with multiple background
type layers.  Generally this means there is a
foreground, cel layers and background (kind of
like a cel sandwich or a 'cel book' with the
acetate as the pages).  I've seen cels marked as
"book cels" where the background is multiple
layers and there is no foreground though.
