spin and I were just talking about this bandit 
last night on irc. ^_^ We were coming up with 
names for him since the poor guy never got one in 
the anime. Mine was Mr. Hotohori-I-Don't-Care-If-
You're-A-Guy. ^_^

I wish more cels of this bandit could be found, 
that scene was my absolute favourite concerning 
Hotohori. Anything that could make that emporer 
cuss is something to go rolling in laughter 
about. ^_^;; The bandit & hotohori cel I have is 
probably one of the most asked and commented 
about cels in my entire gallery. My boyfriend 
doesn't like it very much though. ^_^;;
