First of all, make sure hardware acceleration is 
off.  If it is off and hypersnap still crashes, 
make sure that no other program that uses directx 
is active.  If hypersnap still crashes, then it's 
simply not usable with your current system 
setup.  Hopefully, you'll get it to work (or you 
could try powerdvd 4.0).
