I had sent my payment by Express Mail on 
December 16th, and received my cel today. So I 
wouldn't worry too much. Although Mangaya _can_ 
be slow sometimes to ship, your cel will arrive. 
I've never heard of anyone not receiving what 
they ordered.

I have to say that they have gotten better about 
shipping - the first time I ordered from them it 
took over 2 months to arrive, but this time it 
was a little under one month. I'm very pleased, 
and would continue to buy from them without 
hesitation. :)
