Hello,

  I have a question concerning my cels. I have a 
cel that has two layers and the layers were stuck 
a little. I seperated the layers without any 
damage at all :) Now about a year later I came 
back to it and decided to put a cel bag between 
the layers to prevent future sticking and the 
layers are stuck again! :( Not only are they 
stuck but on the cel it appears to have moisture 
spots. It looks like there is water in between 
the cel. Just a little but I would really like to 
get rid of it. I wiped both sides of the layers 
(at least at the part I could reach) with a 
cotton cloth and when I put the layers together 
the spot is there again, however if I push my 
finger on top of the cel the mark goes away.????? 
And then two minutes later it appears again, 
Please if any one has any ideas on how to treat 
this PLEASE let me know. Should I take a blow 
dryer to it and blow between the layers?? Please 
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
