I know this is not a Cel question, but it has a 
little something to do with Cels since I want to 
write to some Cel collectors in Japan. I was just 
wondering does anybody know how to get a computer 
to understand Japanese Text? Because my computer 
does not understand Japanese text. If I copy 
Japanese text into my AOL e-mail that I'm sending 
or try to print out and copy Japanese text all I 
get is a whole lot of little dots. So if you have 
any info I can use that would be great. Thanks
