People like to pop up on ML's and announce that
they/their friend have seen a super-secret new
OAV that was a limited release and available only
to people with inside connections, and they're
not able to do screencaps or scans because it
violates agreements with Studio Pierrot, etc. In
other words, people like to make stories up to
draw attention to themselves.
FoR stopped being animated in '97, I think. While
the manga is still extremely popular in Japan and
is still going strong (vol. 30? 31? while the
animation stopped at the end of vol. 16), I don't
really see the anime series itself ever having
been popular enough to warrant a new arc after so
much time has passed.
