Upgrading is instantaneous.  The cost isn't that 
much.

I'd advise against giving them your bank accoutn 
details anyway.

I think the seller can accpet credit card 
payments, but has declined - pssoibly due to 
fees.  If this is the case you could offer to 
cover their fees.
